Deffinatly not, you need to have a good insurance just like you need in holland. I currently pay €130,- ($166) a month and my employee also pays like €70,- a month for me, making a total of €200,- ($256) of paid insurance.
If I were to run my Yamaha R6 on 83 octane it would maybe ride like 245km/h instead of 280km/h and the engine wont last long with such low octane percentage lol. Its build to ride on 95 octane, but anything higher is better.
