4 days is a long time for a whole server to be down,
Downtime atm for servers should be fucking 4 hours not 4 days, AA should invest in a back up server incase anything like tht happens again. Then all it takes is a quick transfer and downtime max of 4 hours, AA has what lik 1000+ members, colleges have 1000+ students, if there server goes down you dont see them runing about going crazy, its down for like 30 mins.
Get a grip and sort it out guys, dont look good for you.
