I know a good server for this, though, Multiplayer Deathmatch. One time I used a speedhack, my team cheered me on and didn't mind, and the others, well, they were all wtfcheatern00bs ^_^.
Also, it turned out most of the videos were for some other (less featured, thank god) hack that for some reason had ArtificalAiming in the keywords
