A high ping can be due to several reasons. You're playing on servers that are a large distance from you (e.g. playing on a US server from the UK)
It can also be caused by your Internet Service Provider. If that is the case call them up and shout at them.

Yes, thats true, but if there arnt enought ressources left it pushes the ping(At least i made the experience, as it pushed the ping
