Probably you enter this, as it works better with different OS languages on XP:

cd "%ProgramFiles%\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142"
attrib -r -a -s -h radial.cdb
del /f /s /q radial.cdb

Then save it as WhatEverYouWant.bat
