I'd suggest level 3, nospread alone is worth it. It makes a HUGE difference and will probably double the amount of kills you would have gotten otherwise.
As Tavion said, namechanger doesn't work anymore.
Triggerbot is awesome to look legit.
If you like sniping, or raging warnings are good for that too. It'll let you know when another sniper is aiming right at you, it can give you the heads up you can kill somebody, and is good for knowing when to duck / lookout.
