Ok what I did to get the CoD4 hack to work is this!

Step 1, Start the AA client
Step 2, Click on CoD v1.16
Step 3, Right click on CoD4 Shortcut / Then Properties (For Vista 32 & 64 ONLY)
Step 4, Check Compatibility with Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
Step 5, Run CoD4 Multiplayer Game
Step 6, After CoD4 Loads Then press The "INS" button
Step 7, Now Go Ahead and Toggle your settings In the CoD4 Menu
Step 8, Enjoy The Game!

*If you try the "INS" ingame the mouse will not Move or Appear, to toggle the hack!!
So you need to toggle it at the options menu only, press ESC then you can Toggle It!
