1.does anyone know what the file user32.dll does or what its for?
its in c/windows/system32

2.what can a hacker do with this file(no its not anyone here)
like hack ur pc ,or credit card,banking info, ect..

this person asked me for it to check somthing hack wise,
a black screenshot problem,but wouldnt tell me why,or what for!!

plz help ,it cost 59 $to contact microsoft(isnt that stupid)!
and no help from so called pc specialists....thnx
