ok pressing INS ingame is not pulling up any friggin menus.. binding keys aren't doing it..

the only thing that is active for me is the blue/red boxes around players and crosshair. I have Helios-framework v3.0 LEVEL 3 and playing COD4 v1.5... wth is going on.
